11월 21일 한국관광공사 원주 본사에서 2차회담이 있었다.

이는 지난 11월 4일 서울센터 1차회담에 이은 두번째 방문이었다.

윤갑주 고문.
한상봉 사무총장 (동학민족통일회 사무총장 겸) 일행은

지난 1차 전통무예진흥에 관한 회담을 통해

60여 전통무예 단체들의 희망사항 및 발전방안에 대한 제시와

공사측의 견해 및 향후 정책에 관한 정부측 입장을 포함한 방향을

청취하는 자리를 갖은바 있으며,

오늘 2차 회담에서는

한상봉 사무총장이

*한민족 화랑본국검의 역사와 전통* 그리고

오늘날 *한국관광에 있어서 상징적 의의*에 대한

실무적 의견을 피력하였으며,

동학민족통일회 발전 관련 고견을 구하였다.
